Codes don't tell you anything is bad

They are used to diagnose & component test
a sensor or other parts of a system

You only replace a part if it fails a test

If your not testing the system & it's components,
how would you know what does work & what doesn't?

What circuit is affected when a ABS code 18 is stored?

I think you may be OBD code 18, not ABS. In that case, code 18 refers to spark output circuit is open. You will need to check:
1. your crank or cam sensor to make sure it is outputting a signal.
2. your spark coil (make sure it is not defective).
3. a broken electrical wire from either the crank sensor or cam sensor to your vehicle computer, or a broken wire going from your vehicle computer (CPU) to your spark coil.

I was told that I needed O2 sensors, but there was no code. That there were 5 to replace to get the right one. My pacifica won't go over about 30mph, & black smoke pours out of the exhaust

They can still be bad without DTCs - but the statement that there are 5 is absurd. If you have a V6 and there are two separate exhaust pipes you'll need 4.

New tires and rims were installed on my 2005 Pacifica and now the service tire system soon, light is on. Why?

This particular car has the tire pressure monitoring system on it with sensors in the wheels. If the sensor was messed up when it was reenstalled on the new rim it would throw this code. Some vehicles have the sensors with specific mount locations and if one of the sensors was reenstalled in the wrong location it could cause this fault. You can take it to the dealer and have them check the sensors and see if all are reading properly and are in the right locations.

2004 pacifica impact sensors, airbags

you may not always have to replace sensors, but you will have to change the airbag module (usually under front seat, sometimes in middle of dash) To remove the passenger airbag you have to take out the dash.
