Just got windows 7 and there is no spell check for my email (msn.com). Can I do something to enable the dictionary? Thanks so much!

The spell check depends on the Browser you are using not the msn.com or yahoo.com. It's possible that some changes have been made before you got the machine with the browser settings, if it's Internet browser, follow the instructions below:

After it's opened, click "Tools" > "Internet Options" > and then on the "General" tab, click "Language", if there's other languages other than "English (United States) [en-us]", remove them and save only the "English (United States) [en-us]", "Ok" and click "Advanced" tab > "Restore Advanced Settings" > "Apply" > "Ok" and restart the internet browser. If this doesn't help, again go to "Tools" > "Internet Options" > "Advanced" and click "Reset" > "Apply" > "Ok"> and again restart the Internet Explorer.

If there isn't another changes made in the system, this will definitely fix your problem.

Good luck.

Thanks for using FixYa.

I use Windows XP and Outlook Express for my e-mail. Somehow I loaded plain Outlook which will not allow me to use my scanner to scan & e-mail pages, and also when I try to e-mail some articles off of the...

Start Outlook Express, click on the "tools" heading at the top of the screen, click on "options" in the drop down pane, select the "general" tab, at the bottom of the pane select "make default" this will make the default mail handler Outlook Express, no need to uninstall the other one.

The Outlook Express page will not alow me to send e-mails. I can receive e-mails. The problem is with Outlook Express, and not the e-mail carrier or computer's connection.

ok open outlook express
go to------------------ tools option
------------------------select accounts option
----------------------right side u find properties select
-----------------------then enter u r reply address same as u r email address
----------------------then below that one check box is there select that one
--------------------come to sever tab in the same menu
------------------give pop3 and smtp address properly
----------------and one more check box at the end
i.e,my server requires authentication option select the check box
Apply say ok and close and press send and receive button
