My camera is very blurry, and there is nothing wrong with the cord or the camera itself. how do i fix this?

Blurry means focus issues with your webcam, if adjustment on the cam will not resolve the issue. Taking it apart and you should see a carbon filter on your cam, remove it.

Puppy chewed the cord and the webcam does not work. Can the cord be replaced?

You can actually splice it if you are mechanically inclined at all. Just cut it, strip the wires, match them by color and/or strips and seal with electrical tape. Much less epensive than a new camera!

Help me Please!

I believe I have the same camera. The PCB looks the same. The wires go like this:
Starting at the two capacitors on the left side going to the right; red, white, green, blue, black.

Won't connect

Your camera might not be set to the right setting. Also, plug the cord into the computer and camera before turning the camera on. If you have the driver disc, use it, otherwise go to and search for your respectable drivcer for xp. Also, the connector cord or port on the camera may have gone bad. Do the USB ports on the computer work with other items? Try a different usb cord. Also make sure the batteries are full.

Hope this helps.

Remeber warranty helps.
