Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
I'm begging here. Please reply firstname.lastname@example.org
...and check it out. My guess is that the hd is for some reason not working with the console correctly. I can still go into the system, take off old movies I had saved, see all of my achievements and whatnot. But I can't use any of my save information on the games. I did the little y,x,x,lb,rb wtf ever trick and nothing. I hooked up and it plays games fine w/out malfunction. No overheating, no b.s. Thing is, my wife's Bejeweled game acts like I haven't paid for the full version. I have. I put in games that I've had forever, and I have to start from the beginning. It won't allow saves, either. Won't allow me to use my drive as a storage device.
What kind of malevolent trick-**** did Microsoft pull on my console when I sent it to them? Who are these people? I haven't tried all of the games yet, but the best trick I've pulled is with Katamari Damashii, and that is that when I hook up to xbox live for some reason it will load up my old game and I can play with 98 percent complete like God intended. Why the hell is that?!
I haven't violently destroyed an expensive game console since I was a little kid, but I'm convinced that this problem was engineered specifically to make me break ****. If you could convince me otherwise please, please do.
OK there Eran my guess is that you sent it to MS for the Ring of Death.
> What was repaired?
>Did they replace the console (Make Sure>> They gave me a new and I did not realize it until a month later.)
> If they did is there a refurbished stamp on console anywhere
>Are you on-line (xbox live) check your account or change account
>Is your HD 20gig and did it come with your system or did
you add it
> You have not added any MODs to the hard drive if so???
>Check the serial and date of the HD it may be that you need to download a patch.
> Bejeweled was downloaded through Marketplace so if your are connected than you have the latest version of Xbox Live.
>Last>>>> if you do try to go into your 360s Menu System and reset you system back to default. (MAKE sure the HD is not installed!)
