Question about Dell Inspiron 6000 Notebook
No, you should check your adapter itself (there should be a label on the side of it) but all recent genuine Dell chargers accept anything from 100-240V at either 50 or 60hz. All you need is the outlet adapter you suggest as the UK supply is 230V at 50hz.
