my Laptop, Compaq mini CQ10 ill not start up my windows in any format whatsoever, no safe mode, no safe mode with networking, not even start windows normally or from a good setup,
i have no idea what to do?

Hi, sounds to me that you are having a software problem. When you boot the laptop choose the Last know good configuration option to see if that will correct the problem.
