We have installation instructions on our site that cover several past Sharp models and may be close enough to yours to help you.

Normally you take the grille off then remove the two screws that would then be revealed. Then unplug it and slide it forward.

But you should check the link - it should help.

What problem are you having with it?

If you have trouble with the control panel, we regularly repair these for customers nationwide with our guaranteed $39.95 service.

How to remove from wall for remodel project

There are 4 bolts or should be 4 holding the microwave top to the cabinet. Open the doors to the upper cabinets and you should see the bolt heads unplug the microwave unscrew the bolts while holding the microwave. After the bolts are out tilt microwave towards you and pick up from the bottom next to the wall to remove oven from mounting plate and thats it.

How to replace a 2000 HR Endeavor "over the range microwave oven"

It sounds like you may have a bad keypad or (hopefully) a simple door switch failure.

When you press Start, if it does not beep, then either the door open switch is bad (not very likely) or its mount is bad, or your membrane keypad is failing.

If it beeps when press Start, and your fan and inside light come on and it counts down, but the turntable doesn't turn and it doesn't cook, then you have a bad secondary interlock (lower door switch with white and gray wires) or its mount is broken or loose.

You can try gently pushing up and down on the door while trying to hit Start. That will sometimes make it try to work.

For this model, neither the control panel frame with keypad nor the separate membrane key sheet is is available, but the key sheet from a different colored model may still be available. I can check into that further if you want.

Door switches are pretty easy to get. They are often held in place by a little tab on the underside of the mount. That can be hard to reach, but not too bad if you're careful.

If you or someone you know decide to look into it, we have critical safety information, info on door switch diagnosis and replacement, and disassembly information at our site, and our link is at our listing here on FixYa: http://tinyurl.com/yzjozk

We have the service manual for this model and I can e-mail to you.

If you'd like us to install the keypad, we can do it for $39.95 plus parts.

Please feel free to contact me directly if you need more help.

Please contact me directly and I'll also send you installation info on several Sharp models. That should give you enough info in case you decide to remove it.

Sharp Covection Oven/Microwave stops after 1min on any setting

This 59-second stop failure is due to a problem in one of the damper-related components, most likely the switch, but it may also be the motor or the damper door.

The damper is a door inside that opens or closes depending on cooking mode. If the controller thinks that the door is not in the right position, it will shut down the cook cycle.

See the attached sample photo.

If you or someone you know wants to look into this, we have *critical* safety, disassembly, and troubleshooting info at our site, and our link is at our listing here on FixYa: http://tinyurl.com/yzjozk

We even have a video on our site that shows you how to safely & easily remove the control panel assembly to send it for service.

Wont heat items in the micro or convection

MODEL NUMBER NEEDED

Apparently this is not actually an R-510HK since that model does not have convection mode. Can you reply back with the correct model number? We may have the service manual for you.

A PRELIMINARY OPINION

It sounds like you have loose door switch mounts or possibly loose door hinges.

If the door won't open via the door open button, then the outer cover will have to be removed.

BEFORE YOU RATE THIS

This is a preliminary post, asking for further information (model). Please withhold your rating until we actually offer the solution.
