I bought a brand new Ronson RFP200 food processor/blender today but there are no operating instructions or manual enclosed in the box. I have never had a food processor before. The store said it was the last one so they can't check if other boxes have operating instructions in. Their only advice is to bring the whole thing back in and maybe someone will be able to exlain how to use it! I do not want to return it as it was a good price. How can I access a manual please?

If you were to log on to the manufacturer's web site, I think you will be pleasantly surprised as usually one is able to download, by model number, Customer Instruction Manuals, list of Dealers, Driver downloads and Installation Instructions as required.

Just Google the manufacturer's name and follow the links. Make certain you are directed to the manufacturer's web site as some search engines direct you to other sites and they charge for the information that is normally free of charge.

Are you sure you have the Model Number correct. I believe the Bush appliances are also marketed under the Kewwood brand name. Was able to find information for the Kenwood FP260. When you see the picture on the front you should know if it is applicable to your product,

The machine will not work if not assembled correctly. Check the schematic provide for assembly and make sure you are putting the processor together correctly. The fact the blender works fine suggests that when you assemble the processor it is not engaging with the safety switch which would allow power to engage.
