Question about HP iPAQ HX2110 Pocket PC

Battery discarged my ipaq switch on automatically and so the battery discarged it self. what should I do? please help me

IPaq switches off


You need to examine your battery cover as one of the c hooks in your cover may be bent or broken. Basically, the hooks on the cover actually press a micro-switch that detects if the battery cover is on.

If your battery cover looks fine, then you may have a software problem. Try getting a firmware upgrade or simply doing a hard reset to see if the problem is still present

Back up battery


 recharge the battery by connecting the HP iPAQ to AC power using the cradle or the AC adapter or insert a fully charged battery into the HP iPAQ.

Have you looked into the Start-Settings-Systems and look for a Self-Test icon ? Normally Self-Test program reside there if it's on the Ipaq!

Hard Reset HP 6515


Hold down the POWER button and press the reset hole for approx 5 seconds, then remove stylus from reset hole first, follow by release of POWER button.
