sino gusto funny scandal is highly infective computer virus...that replicate its own files to each drives..and that say “tropen dis ganda nakakatawa”. Worse, my current status message even displayed this: “sino gusto funny ust scandal pm nio ko”.
U Should download the given web link file to remove Funny UST scandal virus in your PC,
http://www.geocities.com/six519/Remover.zip
just 1-download the Funny UST Scandal Avi.Exe Remover zip. 2-Double click remover.exe and 3-click on the “patayin ang tangahing virus button”.
This will automatically eliminate the Funny UST scandal AVI virus from your PC.
I've ran across with this virus called UST Funny Scandal. Its actually
a worm virus that spreads immediately on all local drives and it
originated somewhere in Asia.
When using YM, it actually sends automatically to all your friends this
certain virus program via PMs. And the behavior of your messenger
suddenly becomes erratic.
NOD32
could actually help but for sometime after removing the pesky
"autorun.inf" which is hidden, eventually your drive won't work the
same as it was before.
Best solution for this is to download a program called NOOB Killer and
run it. After running it restart your computer and you'll be fine.
Also, turn-off your autoplay so whenever you plug a flash drive infected with a virus it won't run automatically.
To turnoff autolplay:
Run the RUN Command and then type gpedit.msc ( .msc stands for
Microsoft Console). After running it, click the Administrative
Templates and then click the System folder on the right pane look for
"Turn Off Autoplay" and double-click it. Click the radio-button
"enabled" and from the drop-down list click "all drives" and click
apply and ok and close the gpeditor.

Get an anti-virus program. A great little free-tool is Windows Defender. Go to the Microsoft Website, and download Windows Defender. Then run a Complete Scan. If that can't find the problem, then try a comercial anti-virus program such as Norton or McAfee.
Please note, however, that no matter how much you get rid of this "virus", your computer will never perform the way it used to. My main suggestion is to backup all your important data to somewhere else (either online, on a disk, or on another computer. DO NOT BACK IT UP TO YOUR HARD DRIVE!!). Reinstall Windows XP or Vista, and reformat your hard drive. Look on the Microsoft Website if you need any help about Reformating.
To correct and solve this error, follow this steps:
1. Run Task Manager (Ctrl-Alt-Del or right click on Taskbar) 2. Stop wscript.exe process if available by highlighting the process name and clicking End Process. 3. Then terminate explorer.exe process. 4. In Task Manager, click on File -> New Task (Run…). 5. Type “cmd” (without quotes) into the Open text box and click OK. 6. Type the following command one by one followed by hitting Enter key:
del c:\autorun.* /f /s /q /a del d:\autorun.* /f /s /q /a del e:\autorun.* /f /s /q /a
c, d, e each represents drive letters on Windows system. If there are more drives or partitions available, continue to command by altering to other drive letter. Note that you must also clean the autorun files from USB flash drive or portable hard disk as the external drive may also be infected. 7. In Task Manager, click on File -> New Task (Run…). 8. Type “regedit” (without quotes) into the Open text box and click OK. 9. Navigate to the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon 10. Check if the value name and value data for the key is correct (the value data of userint.exe include the path which may be different than C drive, which is also valid, note also the comma which is also needed):
“Userinit”=”C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe,”
If the value is incorrent, modify it to the valid value data.
1 - format c drive & install windows 2- AVOID OPENING ANY FOLDER BY DOUBLE CLICK - USE THE EXPLORE BUTTON. 3-Go to folder options, show hidden files, show system files. 4-Make a search for (*.exe), inslude hidden files in ur search 5- delete found files (xmass.exe , funnyscande.exe , autorun.info) 6- delete any files in the system restore that has the same icon. 7-Probably the problem will be done now .. but you can use kasper online scan.
