This could be something very simple. Press the Ring OFF soft key and press the top of the navigator button (the silver round button) with ENTER in the center. It should adjust your ringing.

In section 2.9.1 of the programming, there is a PT Ring Off DISABLE option that will prevent this from ever happening again.

Let's pretend that this is a TA-824 system with DISA and it's answering all phone calls. It's not likely that you can do much of anything unless you know what system the phone is connected to and have the manual and ability to do programming. With a bit of reprogramming, you can make the system perform like a regular system.

I'd suggest a call to the Panasonic service company.

Periodically, while using my Vtech Model CS6328-3 phone, it becomes virtually impossible to hear the other party - interestingly, it affects other non-cordless phones in the home at the same time. Just like that, the volume may come back. The person on the other end sometimes has the same proble hearing me - but not always. Have switched back to a previous Panasonic phone system in the interim, no problems. Seems to be the Vtech system. Any thoughts?
