End all apps & release all memory (if you don't know how, power off & then on). Start one that you know works. Then restart the troublesome one.

You should try to use SEUS to flash your firmware.
If that won't work try to to do a master reset if you are quick enough or uninstall this app that is causing this problem.
Otherwise you could try to contact your nearest service center to see if the can help you.
