There should be a small valued cap in the primary side (22ufd?) at 250V. Check that. Also, look for other small caps int he range of 2.2ufd with 200V ratings in the same general area.

SOURCE: Hi, I have a Tedelex EC29187 Television it have

Ur tv it is taken aparts wright now?Yes.Plug in ur tv to see the problems and take the hard end handle of the screw driver and taps around the vertical deflection ic for cold soldering joints, will require resoldering the ic,if the vertical hold flickers or bounced back to normal. No bounce back vertical hold check all the sorrouding capacitors transistors resistors for dead components parts to be replaced,if all the sorrouding parts are good, than that vertical deflection ic it self it is dead and require replacing.

I have problem model TCL-14175 I replace ic 8 pins 44608P40 but still unstable power supply

You've replaced the main system control memory IC, I assumes. If so, an adjustment called, memory initialization, should be done after replacement, or, the newly prepacked IC do not work. If you wish to get more details about this, check this link. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/

No audi and no video due to ic TDA 9386 ps/n2/3i problem

do you mean those ic no supply voltage?. ok you have to trace weather their is an open resistance going to the ic then considered the primary supply if their is a voltage. first check the ac voltage if their is a 110v going to the power supply section then check if their is a dc output voltage at the primary capacitor to supply all the circuit.

I have a tedelex ec29187 with a funny picture. The sides seem to be bend inwards. A guy said they call it a east west problem. Help me with a solution please.

Ity is an East West porblem [Pin-cushion distortion] itself. You ahve to check its pin cushhion circuit to detect faulty component/s.

My panasonic the fuse was blown out the cap 200v 560 mf and a resistance 1 ohm 7w i replaced them and the tv won't turn on

This is fairly straight forward---if it got the fuse, input filter (big cap!) and the fuseable 7 watt-----

Understand (I do not know how savy you are) the power supply uses two grounds----on the primary side of the transformer (in power supply) it is from earth ground and on the secondary side from hot ground--when checking voltages= these are the key! you have to be on the correct ground to get correct readings.

Follow the money---the primary raw should be on that cap---follow it to see when it stops downstream.

220 can pop a lot of things---the set should also have a regulator IC in the power supply (could also be a big transistor) and if a chip--raw from that cap goes into it---and regulated comes out another pin---see if you have the raw and then see if at horizontal output collector and from there to flyback( with set off what is resistance reading from the collector of the output transistor to earth ground?

what kind of experience do you have with troubleshooting?

Have Ge model 52GW945 tv, it went blank no picture, nothing, I checked fuse its ok what next

Check the swithed mode power supply section. Some sets uses Ics for control the power regulation, while others uses transistors as oscillators and choppers. If the power to the oscillator section of the SMPS is absent, the supply system won't wake up. So many reasons are there. You just check the resistor, usually connected from main DC rectified supply, to energise the oscillator section of the SMPS. In most sets it may be two resistors in serial, usually 270k 1W*2. If any one of this get opened, the power supply will not start up. Check it first and preceed. If the set uses Ic as regulator controller, check the positive supply voltage at the respective pin of the Ic.
