Well the problem is that i have an integrate YouCam but i don't know how to turn it on? how do i turn my integrated YouCam on? the labtop is a Compaq with Windows 7 and HP on it

Hi. There must be a software with your laptop that controls the webcamera and lets you take pictures, etc.

Most of the programs for webchat, such as skype, Msn messenger it is already integrated when you make a video call..

But check on the start menu and look for the camera software.

If the camera is not working, it will show on your Device Manager Settings.

Right Click on My Computer and select Properties... then go to DEVICE MANAGER and see if the camera is correctly installed. Otherwiser, you will see a yellow exclamation mark

Skype will not recognise my headset. Using Windows XP and Plantronics headset. Audio and speakers work ok.

Normal 0 After you install Skype and have it operational with your ID. Go to "TOOLS", click on "OPTIONS," Then go to "Audio Settings" and click on it. Make sure both the Microphone and Speaker's are correctly chosen. Then "make a free test call." Wait till the voice tells you to record. Then when finished talking wait for the test persons voice to insure your audio transmission is working. Then go back to options and test your video settings. Click on Video Settings and proceed to set up you video camera. Also, you can visit this site for additional information to setup video.

I need to copy pictures from the kodak easy share disc to a power point presentation. How is this done?

if your pictures are on the pc already then open powerpoint to the correct page layout that you want, click on insert>picture>from file, or just insert>picture if using office 2007 and choose which picture that you want to insert. If you want to take the picture directly from the memory card of your camera follow the same procedure and choose the correct path to get to your camera. i.e. c:>my computer>then choose your camera> double click it to open it ,get to the correct folder with the photos in and go from there.
