Are you sure that you are using the type of wireless encryption supported by your DSi? Some devices can only connect to a WEP environment and others use only WPA encryption.

Ni wifi connection on the router itself, what could be the possible cause of it.

IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE IF YOU ARE HOOKING UP FROM DSL OR CABLE
IF DSL MAKE SURE ARE YOUR PHONES HAVE FILTERS
IF CABLE MAKE SURE THAT IS CONNECTED RIGHT

UNPLUG EVERYTHING
INSERT CABLE OR DSL INTO INTERNET SLOT ON ROUTER
THEN PLUG THE ROUTER IN LET ALL THE LIGHTS COME ON
THEN TURN YOUR COMPUTER ON AND SEE IF IT REQ THE CONNECTION IF THE LIGHTS ARE ON THE ROUTER MOST LIKELY COMPTER IS NOT CONNECTING TRY CONNECTING WITH ETHERNET CABLE

I keep getting a popup saking you're connected to more than one network, please close all but the primary network

Your issue is due to the you having to routers active and the PC is connecting to both.
You will have to disable one of the connection in the main router for this occurrence to stop.
check you PC 's wireless connection and disable connectivity also to the secondary router.

I gave my netgear router WGr614 to my daughter she is not able to connect to the internet. my security code is my old phone number would that make a difference?

How does she connect to the internet on the other PC? If a cable or ADSL modem is used then this needs to be connected to the WAN port of the router. Other wired systems need then to connect to the routers LAN ports. The wireless connections sound like they are already working connecting ok. Any trouble that might come after connecting in this fashion might come because the router is set to a fixed IP. Router needs to be set to connect via dynamic DCHP option.

Wiress LAN not connecting with Gigaset SE587 WLAN dsl

The problem may lie in one of the following: 1.) Input the right password. For example, if the Wlan router is using WEP or WPA, input the right password in the connecting device. 2.) Be sure that the WLAN router and the connecting device to use the same frequency, whether it is using 802.11a/b/g/n. 3.) Check the Router if it is supplying IP address and if it is sufficient.

Connecting a wireless router to Tiscalli broadband connection

  1. USB modem is connecting a PC USB port with a DSL phone line: CANNOT be connected to a ROUTER LAN (ethernet NOT USB port).
  2. Wireless ROUTER is NOT a modem and it CANNOT connect the Internet (or WAN) LAN port to any "phone line"
  3. Connect the Router Internet (WAN) port to Modem (you need a LAN MODEM = a modem with a LAN/ETHERNET port)
  4. Be sure your internet is running before strting ROUTER configuration with Router Company CD
