Yes, RO is definitely the best form of water while bottles is debatable.

I need instructions on how to clean Digital Advantage Iron. I have lost my manual.

any iron can be cleaned by running a little water and vinegar through it several times, it loosens the scale build up that gets in all irons over time, be sure and try to clean out the venting steam holes in the face of the iron, Once you do this, run clean clear water through it and you should be fine, if possible, always use bottled water (purified) water in irons

How do i clean my iron so brown dirt won't come out of it when i iron

Hi,

Brown water and white scale are often the result of the water you use in the iron...

If you have scale, white vinegar will clean that...

For brown water, empty the iron, rinse out the insides with bottled water,

and then use the bottled water instead...

not sure what your having problems with, but run a solution with C.L.R. thru it to clean, might take a few cycles. nd then use bottled water.

Vs 207 light blinks that's it worked once bought used

I had same problem and the fix was simple. Over the summer the water level sensor stuck in the "empty" position so the unit thought it had no water. Remove the phillips screw holding the components in and clean them and reassemble. This solved my problem and took 30 seconds to complete

I cannot find anywhere to buy replacement anti scale cartridges for my steam generator iron model DSG00001. Can you help?

If you can't find it ever, you can use bottled drinking water. Don't use purified water it is so pure that it can be a little aggressive on some metals. Just use RO or drinking water from your local store.
