There is no one diagram that will show you how to change all of the seals in your brewer. The manual for this brewer with the instructions to replace them can be found at this link: http://www.bunn.com/pdfs/commercial/manuals

Your question: "I have a Delonghi magnifica 3300 that is 7 yrs old. It doesn't heat the coffee very good and the steam frother doesn't work well either. I have always used filtered water and descale i

If heater not working properly ,but still working the heat transfer poor ,probably need to disassemble and actually manually clean heater unit with wire brush till really clean, otherwise replace heater unit as heaters are usually fully sealed. get on line and search for Delonghi magnifica 3300 (parts diagram , replacement parts, parts). then you will have part no and hopefully someone who can supply parts. As for frother if water not heating to enough to make hot coffee the not heating enough to make steam either so frother does not work,if blocked then need to clean out frother tube.

Problem with Hamilton Beach Brewstation I have the water tank apart and I need to know how to put the spring and seal back in

I'll assume you have the pivoting arm with the rubber washer stopper apart. The rubber stopper pulls out of its housing. If you have that out you need to stuff it back in its hole with a small screwdriver. If not: the pivot for the arm rests in two grooves; the arm is held UP with a spring under the arm. (The top of the washer seals the dispensing hole from inside the pot.) The pot has an indentation the spring fits in, the arm also has a depression to hold the spring. It's tricky, but u can get everything lined up in order to put the holding plate (with the 2 screws) in place. (Hold the assembly in place with one finger and with the other hand put a finger thru the holding plate. Move the holding plate toward its final position and switch fingers holding the assembly in place. You're now holding the assembly with the finger that has the holding plate.) Position the holding plate and tighten the screws.

My silvia is at least 8 years old and is serviced on a regular basis.

The 'group seal' in the underside of the head that the grounds arm compresses against probably needs replacing. If you unknowingly left a few grounds to dry on the underside of the seal the last time you used the machine, this can be enough to cause a leak the next time around.
If replacing the group seal, replace the 'shower screen' above it as well. Always buy genuine Rancilio parts, you should be able to find both for around $10 - $15 each on Ebay.
There are videos on either You-Tube or Gooble that show how to replace these parts on the Silvia.
Always try to ensure the seal face is cleaned before and after use and the group seal will last longer, but they are actually meant to be replaced whenever necessary, they are not designed to last forever.

I have a 4 r old Livia 90-love it. been serviced once before for similar problem. I have unscrewed the filter piece and have scraped all of the coffee gring bits off of it and thoroughly cleaned the area...

Hi
Remove the screen and dispersion plate. There is a black seal in the brew head where you found the brew screen. That seal needs to be replaced at least once a year. They get hard and it requires more torque to get the portafilter to seal. It should require very little torque to make it seal. It is not hard to replace the gasket or seal, but getting the old hard seal out is harder than putting the new one in. puncturing the seal with something pointed is the easiest, then prying the seal out, sometimes in pieces is the next step. Clean the old gasket out of the recess, then take the new seal. You will notice that there is a bevel on the inner circle, and that side will go in first. Push the seal down as far as you can with your fingers. Then take the portafilter and insert it like you are going to make a espresso and use the portafilter to seat it the rest of the way. Replace the screen and dispersion plate and your done. Clean the screen at least twice a year to prevent the chared residue from spoiling your drink. A new screen would be better, because there is probably a lot of residue that was left when you cleaned it last.

When I make coffee, there is water leaking probably from the drain, even after I changed the seals with new ones.

there are several places where this machine can leak. Check all the connecting hoses from the boiler , they are just clicked in by holder pins.
Even the seal in the boiler itself can be worn.
Follow this link for diagram and parts ( unfortunately in spanish sorry for that)

Oh by the way the seal on the spout which goes into your brew group can be damaged too. Check that first
