  2. In the General tab click delete
  3. A new Window will pop up and click delete again
  4. This should delete your browser history and cookies.
  5. Sometimes large amount of history and cookies may affect the functionality of the browser

2) Click the red X at the top right side to close your browser. Then, open your browser again. If this does not solve your problem, and you use Internet Explorer then:

Print status = "deleting"/ unable to print or change status

Attempt to manually restart the Spooler service.

Click Start > Click Run > Type "services.msc" (sans the quotes) hit enter.

Right-Click on Print Spooler > Click Stop

Wait until it stops and the icon (if any) on the task bar goes away.

Right-Click on Print Spooler > Click Start.

From the options, stopping and starting is usually more effective.
