I bought a new samsung messager sch r570 from Metro PCS and it always has signal problems wherever i go. My previous cell phone was a Nokia that I also bought from Metro PCS with exactly the same service plan and I never had problems with signal strength.Could this be some kind of defect?

When My Phone Did That, I Took It Into Metro And They Sent It In A Replaced It With A New One, The Guy At Th e counter Said That This Is A Common Thing And That Sometimes If You Download Anything From Your Phone Like From Funformobile.com Or Something, Or If Someone Sends Them To You From Websites Like That It Voids Your Waranty And It Causes That. I Hoped This Helped You, So Just Take It Into Metro And They Should Send You A New Phone Within 4-5 Buisness Days.
