Hi. There's no default dictionary as far as I know, but here are some examples for you to download: (http://pocket-pc-dictionaries.penreader.com/) , (http://www.ebswift.com/PocketPC/WordNet/). You can download these and try them on your device. Hope this helps.
The User Guides and Manuals for the m100 are still available on the PalmOne website. If you're interested in downloading free software (like a English or medical dictionaries) check out PalmFreeware.com. Just make sure that the software supports your Palm OS version (Palm OS 3.5).
