You should contact their customers service/support or if they have admin, and ask for your profile to be deleted in their database. I don't know about that site and I am not planning give a try.

The main problem is in your BIOS setting make sure it wasn't disabled through your BIOS setting. If it is then enter your BIOS and change it. Reboot the system and see if it works and connects you to the internet. By the way how did you post your question if your internet isn't working.

Hi,

You could try using recuva, it is made by pririform,. you could go to their site and download it, this is the link http://www.piriform.com/recuva I hope this could help you recover most of your files. It does not recover 100% of your files but it is still worth trying.

Hi, I found what I'm assuming to be a used copy of NHL 08 at Goodwill, it was in the original box, but has no manual...and when I put the disk in, it asks for a code....I don't know if there is any...

NHL 08 for the 360 doesn't ask for a code when you put in the game. I'm presuming it's asking for the code to your gamertag. Enter this code or choose a different gamertag. If you don't know the code, you can select another gamertag (or create a new one) or delete the profile but if you want to keep your save files just choose delete profile (rather than delete profile and everything else).

You can recover this profile later if you have the ID and password (there's a recover gamertag option in the dashboard [press the big X button]).

If you want to delete the profile, go to my xbox then system settings
select memory then all devices
select gamer profiles and select the one you want and then select delete then delete profile only

Cufflinks are very expensive. I think you should have taken warranty card with it. Nothing could be done now. Still you can visit usb cufflinks. Hope you will get solution for your problem here.

CD/DVD letter missing? tried restore. worked before but not this time... Somebody offered a solution (below) BUT _________ Highlight by clicking on "UpperFilter" and "LowerFilter" ONLY - then hit Delete on...

I just wanted to post a reply regarding a missing dvd/cd in the ?My Computer? & in the ?Device Manager?. I bought my Acer5610z in September of 2007, about March of 2008 I was unable to use my dvd/cd because it was not being recognized by the computer. This was very frusterating as I like to back up files often. I have tried EVERYTHING! 1)I have tried to mess with the registry as suggested by several sites.. NOTHING 2)I have tried to uninstall any applications which would mess with my player such as ITunes..etc.. NOTHING 3)I would have tried to restore my settings back to factory default but I cannot remember my freaking password for erecovery.. So this was not, nor is it still an option for me. (Anyone who reads this and knows a lil trick for me to fix that issue please feel free to let me know. thanks.. Anyways.. I found this website and got very excited because I seen all the great comments and thought to myself, now maybe after about a year (give or take)I might be able to burn cds again! You will never guess how I fixed this issue!!! *I first took out several screws on the back of my laptop..scared I was gonna mess up my comp.. but didn?t.. whew.. For the life of me I could not find a way to access the dvd disk drive to ensure things were plugged in properly. (I never messed with a laptop yet) I couldn?t find it.. Then my lover found a site online which detailed how to remove the dvd/cd drive to ensure it is plugged in all the way, sound scary? meh.. Turns out all you have to do is eject the disk (use paperclip into hole) and you can gently pull on the metal that you see holding the edge of the dvd player. Pull it all the way out (its a plug n play so don?t worry about cords)on my Aspire 5610z anyways CHECK YOUR SYSTEM DETAILS TO ENSURE IT DOES NOT COME WITH CORDS) Replace the dvd/cd back into the slot and press firmly but not too firm to break it (you want to make sure its plugged in all the way) Reboot.. Voiiiiiila! xoxox Hope this helps someone out there and if so spread the news.. I looked forever for this stupidly simple alternative to messing with the registry etc..
