this answer is to keepunder60 and your update problem. try logging on ps network on your pc download the update from there onto a memory card than try it in your system

i foned sony custermer service thy said you have 2 send it in for a repair on the lens because the lens is broken which will cost you about £100 atleast. also i searched online and it said buy a new ps3 lens and open your ps3 and fit it yourself its cheaper but you have to handle all the parts on the inside of your ps3.

i just purchased call of duty world at war and its telling me to update from my 2.35 version to 2.42 it updateds 100 % then tells me to agree to terms and conditions. I agree to it then it starts to load 1-5% then says error occured during operation. (8002f147) what do i do?
