I would add to TINA'S comments that you should take a series of measurements with an automated cuff blood pressure monitor, making sure you raise your wrist to the level of your heart, and then see if there is a steady number of readings that indicate high blood pressure. If so, your health care provider should be notified in order to determine exactly what should be done to prevent serious injury to your heart and other organs.

The two numbers that measure your blood pressure are written like a fraction: one number on top and one on the bottom. The top number in a blood pressure reading refers to the systolic pressure. It measures the pressure inside your blood vessels at the moment your heart beats. The bottom number represents your diastolic pressure. It measures the pressure in your blood vessels when your heart is resting between heartbeats. A good blood pressure for most people will be under 120/80, as most people with blood pressure problems have high blood pressure. However, extreme low blood pressure can also be a serious health concern.

HEM-712C always gives me the E sign (moving during test). I am not moving.

These blood pressure monitor use a small microphone to "hear" the blood pressure as they release the same way your doctor would with a stethoscope, so when it reports movement, it can also mean that there is some other noise, such as the Velcro on the cuff releasing, or it rubbing against your shirt causing noise. Background noise in the room is not important, as it does not listen to that, but any noise you can hear from the cuff could result in it not getting a reading. It is also possible that the microphone is damaged in some way.

Blood pressure reading 150/76. Manual Blood pressure 130/72

A monitor using Hg is only a valid monitor reading. Most electronic devices produce approximate results and are mostly good for taking several readings daily and obtaining a mean daily BP. Device calibration appears to be not accessible to the the user. Also, depending on age & condition of your dad, sequential reading must take place after elapse of enough time for circulation to be at steady state in the arm again, or if you immediately after a measurement make another, even with the same monitor you will obtain a different result.

Only blood pressure result I get is 'EE'

That either means you are moving, or you are inflating the cuff to soon after turning it on. Either of these is what mine means when I use it.
