Bosch demolition hammer bearings are ceased up, how can I remove it properly to replace?

Ok here goes. Purchase or use the bearing cover nut 3613461500 that you have taken from the base of the machine. and drill a 6mm hole in it. remove the armature from the machine and measure how far the end of the armature sticks out of the bearing. then fit the cover nut onto the bearing holder and whilst supporting the cover nut use a puller or press to press the armature off the bearing through the cover nut. Replace the bearing in the holder and press the bearing and holder back onto the armature until the amount of armature shaft showing is to the same distance that measured in the first place. Hope this helps.

Hilti te 56 combi hammer not working

The gears inside that engage the chisel points to move back and forth are either not alligned properly or are stripped. You'll have to open up the hammer to see what, exactly, is the problem.

Where do I ad oil to a makita hm1500 demolition hammer

Go to http://www.makitatools.com/en-us/Modules/Home/Default.aspx, put your model number in search box in the top right. Two models of the HM1500 will come up, select yours and open the owner's manual. Find the paragraph labeled 'Lubrication' and follow it precicely. Demo hammers are very picky about what type of grease they use and how much. Too thick and they won't work, too thin and they won't lubricate properly and the parts inside are very expensive to replace. Same applies to how much to use.

A friend of mine recently purchased a Makita HM1500B demo hammer. It came without grease. How much grease is required to initially fill the case? Is there a different type of grease that can be used?

If this was a new unit, it comes with the proper amount already in the gearcase. You might need some for the hammer bits (a small amount of lithium grease) but other than that until the tool needs repaired you should not have to add any.

The wire jams in the hose. it is feeding properly but the wire gets hung up a foot or 2 before the nozzle.

Had one do the same thing and ended up installing a Teflon liner, liner worked great and had no more binding or hang up's.Got mine from Snap On and should have checked for a cheaper price first,100$

I have a Kango 950 and it doesn't work properly. When it is plugged in the motor works fine but the chisel bit does not move up and down or even vibrate.

Sounds like lubrication. Used special grease only. May have broken cam. Hammer will run like you say if no load is placed on drill tip. Test it on a rock. Probable rebuild adviseable.
