It spins typically from 600-3000 RPMs. This single motion allows a circular polisher to level the clear coat that surrounds a scratch so that the scratch’s “edges” disappear. Professionals who want to completely remove a deep scratch must use a circular polisher.

What is the typical warm up time for a 2002 XL1200C Sportster?

Hi David, I usually let my bike idle 2-3 minutes with the choke on then take off, once I get up to speed, push the choke in depending on outside temperature. Good luck and have a nice day.

Blower moter will run only on high

The most common cause is a bad blower motor resistor. It attaches to the blower motor and controls fan speeds. It's typical for a bad resistor to lose 1 speed at a time until you are left with just 1 speed as you are experiencing.

I REPLACE SWITCH 77075 now IT HAS ONE SPEED IDID ONE WIRE AT TIME WHAT IS THE PROBLEM

I don't know your specific fan or switch.

Following link is TYPICAL illustration of 3-wire fan switch wiring:
http://waterheatertimer.org/images/Fan-motor-1-500.jpg

Three way switch is designed to match TYPICAL fan motor windings.
Motor windings are insulated copper wire wrapped around metal fan housing, similar to electromagnet you can make by wrapping wire around a nail.

Inside the fan motor are two windings.
Winding 1 for low speed.
Winding 2 for medium speed.
And when both windings are combined, that makes high speed.

You have to test your switch.
Usually the hot lead connects to red. So the red connects to each of the other wires.
Then pull the chain and use continuity tester between red wire and other wires to see how the switch is set up.

Too fast idle running speed.

Typical idle for this motor is right around the amount you have described. Check to see if any check engine lights are on, or if the ABS light is on. A typical issue with this motor is the OVP relay that when not operating properly causes the engine to rev much too high (~1500-2000). Also do your revs drop significantly when you put the car into gear? If not then there really isnt an issue. When the motor is idling too high and you stick it into gear the car will typically lurch really hard.
