I can't get the car seat adaptor off the bugaboo frog - it seems stuck. Manual doesn't show how to take it off and I'm assuming I just need to press in white area on either side of bar. Thanks for any help.

The white buttons on the adaptors should just push in and then you lift off. If it's stuck try using some silicon spray and brute force.

How can you change the straps on a bugaboo frog seat frame.. they seem to be stitched on and i cannot see a way to replace them

The straps are built in and Bugaboos solution is buy a new seat. The Bugaboo uses the same plastic buckle components as the Mountain Buggy, Mountain Buggy sell these as separate parts. If you want to unpick the buckle end and sew back new buckles thats the most economical solution. YKK the international Zip maker also have similar buckle systems.

My bugaboo frog is stuck and wont open up. it seems to be stuck on the brake side.
