Change your e-mail password and when asked to remember the password at the login do not tick OK, this requires you to enter your password each time you want to access your e-mails.
go to the sign in page, in small print it will say "forget your password?" from there enter your e-mail address and it will allow you to reset your password, it wont send your old password to you. hope this helps :)
