it's # and 6.
- without turning the unit off, unplug the power cord from the back of the product.
- press and hold # and 6 keys.
- while holding those keys, plug the power cord back in.
- wait until the screen goes blank before you release those keys.
- follow on printer instructions.
If that doesn't work, you can try putting 3 different cartridges (oem or refilled) in the printer. I've heard that the printer memorizes only 3 serial numbers, so if you put in 3 cartridges and then the refilled one, it should read it as new. Not hard to do, but not everybody has 4 same cartridges, so that might be a problem.
I have also heard of putting adhesive tape on some contacts on the cartridge, but I do not know on which one you should put the adhesive tape. I know it works for some older models, should work for new ones too. Here is a link, showing the picture of these older cartridges (couldn't find yours). It might help.
