Over a period of time deposits such as grease, fat, silt and mineral scale build up on the pipe walls. This accumulated material makes the wall rough reducing the ability of the drain to rapidly move the water it contains. As the water flow slows more materials are deposited worsening the situation.

I have a older coffee art plus that i just purchased, all connected to electric and water. When we turn the unit on all we get is all of the lights are blinking any help would be appreciated.

Water blockages inside a coffee machine are typically caused by impurities in the water supply and coffee grounds that find their way into the tubes.
While minor blockages aren't so bad, they worsen with time. That can lead to the total blockage that's causing the machine's lights to flash.
How to resolve it: If a water blockage is causing your coffee machine lights to flash, you must restore smooth water flow.
That process involves an up-close inspection of all the machine's hoses or tubes. Your goal is to locate the blockage so you can remove the affected hose section and clear it out.

I have a 06 Equinox heater core hoses are hot and still no heat and is over heating still I need to know what it could be?

If the heater core hoses are hot but there is no heat coming out of the vents, and the vehicle is also overheating, there are several possible issues that could be causing this problem. Here are a few things to check:
  1. Coolant level: Check the coolant level in the radiator and reservoir. If the level is low, it could cause both the overheating and lack of heat. Top up the coolant to the correct level and check for leaks.
  2. Thermostat: If the thermostat is stuck closed, it could be preventing coolant from circulating through the engine and into the heater core. This could cause both the overheating and lack of heat. Consider replacing the thermostat if it is found to be faulty.
  3. Water pump: The water pump circulates coolant through the engine and heater core. If the water pump is not working properly, it could be causing both the overheating and lack of heat. A mechanic can test the water pump to determine if it is functioning correctly.
  4. Heater core blockage: If the heater core is clogged or blocked with debris, it can prevent hot air from circulating through the cabin. This could cause a lack of heat. Flushing the heater core may help remove any blockages.
  5. Cooling system blockage: A blockage in the cooling system, such as a clogged radiator or hose, can prevent coolant from flowing properly and cause overheating. Have a mechanic inspect the cooling system to determine if a blockage is present.
These are just a few possible causes of the overheating and lack of heat. It is recommended to have a qualified mechanic inspect the vehicle to diagnose and repair the issue.

What are the reasons for a fuel block in a Kia Sorrento 2009/10 model

fuel blockage can be a blockage in the line or a faulty pressure regulator not making a blockage to get fuel pressure or a problem EVAC system not venting the tank and causing a vacuum in the system which equals a blockage
run the fault codes first and see where the problem codes are

Need to clear a suction blockage

What needs done depends on the vacuum and where the blockage is. You might be able to pull the blockage out or you may have to remove some parts to remove it. Many times a blockage is caused by clogged filters. If the filters do not have adequate airflow it may not be able to moved the debris through the vacuum and causes it to clog. It's important to replace filters at least once per year in most vacuums

The spray feature will not stay on when button is pressed. The water volume coming out of the head is much less than when originally installed

Sounds very much like a blockage in the sprayer or in the control valve......Blockage in the sprayer head can be a little difficult unless you have the spec sheet that should be in the box with the faucet......however, blockage in the control valve (handle) could be quite a bit more indepth..... perhaps a plumber would be best..... As far as the sprayer...it can be dissassembled to remove blockage whether blockage is in the areator or in the hose itself....still a fair to medium job.....Plumbers often use pipe compound to seal threads and some use a teflon thread tape that sometimes gets into the small openings and cause blockage......with the weaken pressure it could very likely cause the button to work improperly.......hope this helps.....

Apparently no water pressure to upper washing arm.

Hi sounds like there is a blockage in the circulation pump which causes low water pressure as it cannot push the water around. You would have to remove the unit and turn on it's side and remove the circulation pump to clear the blockage.

Also check all the holes in your spray arms for any blockages. Best to remove each arm and clean in the sink. Any blockages causes the arms not to turn.

I am getting the pressure switch blockage and the three red light code. Replaced the pressure switch and still does not work

Hi, the pressure switch won't close error isn't always caused by a defective switch. Occasionally, there really is a blockage in the vent system and that is why there is a pressure switch. You should check for such a blockage, usually caused by a smashed vent cap or spider webs in the vent pipe. Good luck.
