Question about Freezers
I keep getting a layer of ice about 3" thick in the bottom of my freezer. I can hear air flowing but i can see that water is obviously coming down the back of the draw and freezing up . I thought frost free wouldn't do this? I have looked at the manual but this didn't help
Defrost drain is blocked - probably with ice. take the back panel off inside the freezer and melt the ice off with a hairdryer then follow up with hot water till it flows away freely. this takes some patience. if fault reoccurs then get back to me
