Hi ghutton697,

I believe your drain motor is not draining the water. This has to happen before your unit will go to the spin cycle.

Please read the following tip, on how to clean the filter (It might just be an obstruction of some kind)

ACCESSING, DRAINING & CLEANING THE DRAIN PUMP FILTER

If this does not help, you might need to replace the drain pump - as it may have become defective.

Kind Regards

I had a similar sort of problem, and finally called a Beko engineer out. The machine was pushed too far back and had either blocked the water pipe, or waste pipe.... can't remember which, but simply pulling the machine out by an inch cured the problem!

MY BEKO WASHING MACHINE IS STUCK ON WASH/SPIN/END AND HAS NO WATER IN IT AND NOTHING IS HAPPENING. WHAT CAN I do to get it to work?

bottom left as you face the washer, let down the panel and unscrew the stopper inside, you can use your fingers, remove whatever is in there its usually loose change and your washer will be fine.
