Is it an actual problem, or is it just the desktop recovery promp, that keeps coming up? If it's just the promp, you can disable it from the desktop recovery settings. If it's an actual problem, please describe the problem fully.

Satellite L305-S5921 (again)

There is a greater chance that you have a bad HDD (hard drive). Since the Recovery image is in the HDD, you still need the recovery disc.

Replace the HDD and run full system recovery using the discs.

Hope this helps.

Cant access control panel or system restore. And if i get to the screen and click on file the desktop icon disappear

The issue can be due to virus in the system. I suggest you to scan your system completely and if any virus is found, remove it. Check if you are able to access Control Panel or System Restore after that.
You can perform Norton online scan from the below link:
http://security.symantec.com/sscv6/WelcomePage.asp
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, perform System Recovery.
Before performing System Recovery, backup your data as recovery will completely erase the data and will restore the notebook to factory settings.
Visit the below link for information on System Recovery:

Select Acer Recovery and perform System Recovery.

Have typed ma product keybuh cant get access to ma desktop

If you are refering to the activation window of Vista Operating System, you need to enter the Product Key which should be available at the bottom of the Notebook and it should be of 25 digits in length and it contains both Alphabets and Numbers.
Make sure that you enter the correct Product Number without any confusion between Zeros and alphabets like 'O' etc...
If you are sure that the typed Product Key is correct and still you are unable to use Windows, I recommend you to reinstall Windows using the Recovery Partition by pressing the F11 Key at startup or using the Recovery Disks you might have created.
NOTE : Performing a System Recovery will erase all the data in the Notebook and take it back to factory default settings.
If you are currently located in US or Canada, you can contact Microsoft directly and get the copy of Windows in your Notebook activated by calling 1-866-530-6599 and informing them about the situation and provide them the required details.
Hope this information is useful...

Video Card Problems

You need to run the recovery and allow Windows Vista to rule the roost. If you do not want to do that then you need to get a different hard drive,(preferrably a new one) And load XP on to it. Your laptop is designed to run Vista and the drive is coded to do so. After so many updates on XP it will pick up on your recovery partition because of SP3 update. No way around it unless you switch drives. I don't think you have permissions to delete the partition with Recovery on it. Get a different hard drive.

Active desktop recovery

It sounds like there is something causing the process explorer.exe to not start properly. Most likely a virus, but could be something wrong with windows itself. First of all, when you get to that white screen and there is no toolbar down the bottom, bring up the task manager (press control alt delete) and click the new task button down the bottom. Then type in explorer.exe and hopefully that will start up the toolbar down the bottom of the screen. you can also use the new task button to browse for any anti-virus program you have to run a scan to see what is causing the problem.
