Re: casio em-500 deleting mail programs!!!
I believe they are in unit's ROM, which is non-reprogrammable. Hence, you won't be able to delete anything from there. On the positive side, they don't occupy your main memory, so there's really no harm in letting them dwell in your PDA. :)

Log in to your AOL account.
Open the "Recently Deleted" folder, which is on the left panel of the "Mail" window.
Check the box next to the message you want to recover by clicking once inside the box.
Click the "Restore" button.
Obtain data recovery software if you want to restore older emails not found in the "Recently Deleted" folder. Examples of such software include ePreserver Recovery, Data Recovery Pro and Instant File Recovery (see Resources). These and other similar programs recover emails by searching through the collection of previously opened email files 1-800-243-0019, which your computer caches as temporary Internet files.
Install and configure the software on your computer according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Outlook Express or Windows Live Mail? With the program closed, use the computer search feature. Search the computer for the folder that hold your individual email folders, Inbox, Outbox, Drafts, Sent and Trash, do a search for 'inbox'. When you find them, delete the Trash file. When you reopen the program, the trash folder will recreate itself.
If it is webmail interface, there is normally a command to Delete All. If not, you can do CTRL+A which is 'Select All' and then press the Delete key. Also look for a setting that increases the number of emails on a page. Select 100, so that means with 5 steps, you can get rid of them all.
And please note it is 'Trash', not Thrash. Spelling is important trying to find stuff :>)
if you are using the AOL software/program, open your mailbox, select the very first e-mail from the list, then press and hold down the SHIFT key on the keyboard and click the very last e-mail. This highlights all e-mail in between. You can then press the DEL/DELETE key on your keyboard
if you are using the webmail (available on AOL.COM), you will see a box at the very top column of the mail folders, selecting it will select all e-mails, then press DELETE key or click the DELETE button
first you need to go to START then CONTROL PANEL and go to SET PROGRAMS & DEFAULTS , Then look for AOL and click remove , when aol program remove , do this additional step , GO TO START . click SEARCH , write AOL , click search , if more files of AOL appears , simply click on each of file and click DELETE , then your good to go to re install AOL . HOPE THIS INFO HELPS
My assumption is you installed Outlook before you installed Snag.. You then installed Snag and either you or "it" set Outlook as you mail program. When you deleted Outlook Snag did what it was suppose to do....greyed it out since the mail program does not exist and longer. You can't send mail unless you have a mail program.
Make sure you have completely uninstalled AOL, as this can still cause certain problems.
When you connect your cam you should be able to view pics within Windows my pictues and should ask to import files.
It should also show up in my computer as a drive if it's recognised by windows, if so you can explore it and open the folder with pics in
If all else fails...
Just do a hard reset...you know, hold down the power button and pust the reset button in the hole on the back side of the casio....of course you will loose everything you've installed and will have to reinstall, but sometimes that seems to be the simlest way.
