Question about ASUS P5PE-VM Motherboard
Acer aspire 5100 blue screen saying problem with one of your hard disks
You will have to shut down the unit and unplug the power cord from the pc:
(1) check and see if all of the connections are secure one of the ribbons from the board may have came loose or it may be loose on the harddrive its self
(2) check the cables and ribbons also to make sure that they are all in good working condition no cuts or broken or kinked wires
(3) power back up and see if you can hear the harddrive is spinning up. if not mayby the harddrive is bad
please try these things first ok and please keep me informed of how this goes ok best regards mike
