Http://www.abfnet.com has a bunch of be'ers that can help you - you can also search the forum for ton's of answers. One thing, if you have Microsoft Activesync on your system pc connect won't work unless you shut off the activesyncs access to usb ports. Just a thought.

Want to up date tom tom 300

TomTom answers that question on this page:

TomTom 300 Update

You need to install the TomTom Home software on your computer, then connect your 300 to the computer. TomTom Home will check the version and offer to update it automatically if needed.

Good Luck!

Dell Axim x51 will not connect to system

windows vista uses its own sync software, which is available on the windows marketplace
if your vista is original you can upgrade to this software
if you use xp version, just keep using the usual active sync

Need help on connecting E-125

I doubt it... I mean it is unlikely there is any incompatibility there. Go to your device manager and make sure that your USB ports are installed and configured properly for your USB cradel.

Be-300 is not the standard Win CE 3.0 It requires PCConnect software for communication. Download it from the following link. http://casio.monacocorp.co.nz/cassiopeia/

BE300 and PC Connect

If you have active sync installed it will stop pc sync from operating properly. If you don't have active sync on your system then go to the below forum and do a search for info on syncing. There are issues with pc sync that have been remedied with some updates.

Upgrade Activesync and the PC's USB driver. Then you should be OK once you upgrade Activesync to V3.6 and then get the latest USB driver for your system. Good luck

Cannot start communications with the desktop computer

I have connected XP machine with Active Synch 3.1 to a wide range of E series Cassiopeias including E-15. The installation on XP is different from all previous versions of Windows. Without installing Active Synch you have to connect the switched on device to your PC & let XP find the device & install its own internal driver/service. Reboot the PC. Next install Active Synch - any version which should now find your device & start the service & establish your connection.

EM-500 sync problem

There have been issues with the cradle PCB on the EM-500. Casio has redesigned the same added an IC & a few additional componentes. I had similar problems & simply could not connect through the USB port. Worked flawlessly with the accessory serial cable (direct connection - no cradle ). This also was on an XP system. See if you can wangle out a free replacement/fix for yout cradle from Casio.
