BE 300 on xp home ed.

I am having problems with my BE 300 PC Connect.

Current on my home system which is ME, I installed the casio software ver. 3.0E1 and my hot worked like a charm.

At work I am using XP Pro and the PC Connect sync feature worked well also. But now I using a brand new systems with XP home and I can install the software via one of my USB ports but I can not get my BE 300 to connect properly.

I can see all of the files, xp tells me that I have new hardware and it tells me that it is a casio USB connection, but it will not sync my outlook folders.

Do I need a patch or sw upgrade for my XP or win CE on my BE 300?

Please help?
