Please ALWAYS post the make and model number. Most have the Child Lock feature on one of the buttons. Get a good light and look closely at the "Rinse-Spin" Button most likely. If WILL state it usually in a "ghosted" or "lighter color" ink UNDER the "Rinse Spin" wording. WITH MACHINE ON Press for 3-5 seconds to disable. Hope this helps
WOW. nice set up. Hate to sound like a smart alec. But if you used some one else's cable and it worked what does that tell you. Bad cable. Sounds like you have a business. NEVER CHEAP OUT WITH DATA CABLES. Use gold tipped when possible. You can write it off as business expanse. You spent that much on equipment, spend a little more on add on's. Hope your not mad at me. ??
