You need to find the proper sound driver again. microsoft isn't that great at giving you the correct one.

When I synced the music onto my MP3 player and disconnected the devise, the MP3 pleyer shows "No Files" Why is the music not on the devise?

Most situations like this are due to the music being in the wrong format. It will say on the packaging what format it needs to be in and then you will need to convert your library to that format. If your music playback application doesn't support this conversion you can download itunes for free and use that to convert all your tracks

If you do not have a memory card in the port then that is where you will need to insert one.
If you have a memory card installed then it has been formatted and the TOMTOM cannot read the format try removing the card and try the card on another device to rule out defective card then replace if it is not working on the other device. If it is working on the other devise try another memory card and do not format the card or erase the boot up software to make room for more information,

Sounds a little like I may have done something like that myself from the way this was answered.

I Need Help

It sound like a cable might be broken or something. You should check if the USB cable has any apparent damage. Otherwise it may be that you have to re-format of the harddrive in the devise. I've never had one of those but i bet there is a way to re-format it. You can research th devise on the internet and check if there is any way to re-format it. Look up something like "How to re-format Gigabeat" or something of the means. I hope that you have saved your music on something else cause whe you re-format it, it makes it lose all the music. If this doesnt help, throw your Gigabeat away and get an Ipod... I have most of them, even the old ones and they still work

No sound devise

If the manufacturer does not support the laptop, google the laptop model # for drivers or audio drivers, if that gives 0 results, download everesthome
click on the + by motherboard, click on chipset, click on southbridge, this will ID the audio chipset and audio controller.
