Question about Epson Stylus C63 InkJet Printer
Epson C63 Printer was working fine, then suddenly stopped doing anything when I sent a signal to it. I installed latest drivers and double checked ports. Printer log says there is a document in que and it is "printing" but the printer does nothing. Help!
Try to cancel the document in queue first by going to control panel and printers and faxes/ other hardware. right click on the printer icon and cancel all documents up until you get 0 and ready status. Restart computer and try printing again.
