Question about HP Pavilion dv4000 Notebook
Hey i have a Hp Pavillion ze5700 and the battery charges when i take it out it says full all the lights turn on the, but the laptop wont turn on with the battery alone only works with the charger and when i plug the charger in it showes that the battery is fully charged. what can be the problem
First, I recommend you to try removing and reinserting the Battery when the Notebook is turned on and powered with the Power Adapter.
I recomend you to first clean the Battery Connectors by removing the Battery and use a Earbud to clean the Metal Connectors which connect to the Battery to remove any dust which is peventing from the Battery to supply the required power to the Notebook.
