Hello, i have a problem with my nokia 6070, if i try to click the display contrast my phone automatically switch off. it also has blurd LCD display, no buzzer and i cant hear anuthing from the earpiece...

Switch off the phone. Remove the battery for 30 minutes. Reinsert the battery and switch on the phone. Enter the default code 12345 or 00000. Your phone will be unlocked
Is the phone locked and asking for the code when you switch it on if it is then i can help you if you give me your imei number off back of phone under battery and looks like 123456/123/124567 its about 15 numbers long. click here If you click on link above in blue it will take you to a site that has all the nokia codes
But if its locked and asking for code then give me imei number then i get you the master code ok
The phone may have internal damage - did you drop water on it?
Other option is to flash it, but if it has internal hardware problems, we won't have much luck.

download 6020 cable modem drivers from http://europe.nokia.com/A4144316 (yeah, no modem drivers for 6070). then go to device manager and update modem drivers to downloaded one.. that only will do.
