If you have checked the main breakers/fuses and all are OK, check the washer's socket by testing with another item, such as a kettle. If kettle works OK then sorry but with such a fault it is extremely difficult for anybody on this forum to remotely guess what is wrong with your washer.
It could be internal wiring/plugs sockets, control panel switches, control PCB.
I fear that your only real option is a service call as the engineer will have the right equipment to safely diagnose what is wrong.

it could be sock or peace close jamed around bucket i would check around bucket see if thats the case unplug it for a few min. then plug it back in.

That error pertains to the ink pad of your printer, well some printer model have a reset utility that can fix the issue, but chances are users may need to replace the inkpads as well. you can go to epson website (US) and on the top right hand side there is a search box, type in Ink Pad Reset and it will give you information on the process.
