What about when you have a site and they are suppose to pay you via paypal and they do not. My sit is Pcash.info they have a contract with paypal.

Usually sites will have a link to Paypal if supported. For instance, on eBay, they have a link to Paypal and it prompts you each step of the way. That said, some sellers will send you an invoice and you pay via a link on their invoice. If it isn't anything like that, you would just login to paypal and click send money and follow the screen prompts.

Now a days we have seen that every where money is sending via electronic media. Sending money via electronic media makes easier to send money to your friends. Since Paypal is owned by eBay, then it integrates very smoothly with eBay auction transactions. Most of the eBay account is having the "Pay Now" or "Send Payment" directly on the eBay page, by following this links and filling all the details of seller in Paypal.

I believe the seller has to have a Paypal account for you to pay via this method. If they do it will state on the payment methods. Or you can ask the seller if they accept payment by Paypal. They should then provide details on how to do so. That will take you direct to the Paypal site and you sign in there and the payment is then forward to the seller.
Do not give the seller any details of your Paypal account. Just simply sate you wish to pay by that method. If the seller doesn't then you will have to either pay by cheque or Credit Card.

You can make a "one-time" use of PayPal.

get a credit card - you could go down to the post office and get a load and go card. Very handy for internet purchases on sites without pay pal option. Works like a credit card and you can go into Post office and to pit up with cash. You could also hook it up to your pay pal account or add a bank account to your pay pal account see my other answer for more info on adding a bank account to pay pal as you posted this question twice.

If Mary Kaye does not have a paypal payment option contact them via email and ask if you can send the payment via email via paypal.
Log into paypal www.paypal.com and then click on log in
enter your registered paypal email address
and password
and there is an option to send a payment via email in the paypal account screen.

if mary kaye website has paypal then select pay via paypal and the website will redirect you to a paypal login screen. then log in and authorise the payment and then you should be redirected bak to mary kaye site. ALWAYS look for HTTPS:// on URL for paypal . Make sure paypal site is via an encrypted connection before entering in password

I'm not sure just witch end of the system your having trouble with. But here goes. The site or company you are erring money from in the pay per click, will deposit your funds into your PayPal account, providing you gave them your PayPal account info. The usually ask for this when you sing up. It depends on how the site you are working with works. Some require you to log in to there site and tell them to transfer the funds, while others will automatically transfer the funds. This may happen once a moth or every few months or even once a week, depending on the site and there policies. So go to the site in witch you are earning the pay per clicks on and log into your account and check there polices.

Now if the money has shown up in your PayPal account, you can transfer it to your bank account in PayPal or spend it on Ebay as I do, or if you have a PayPal debit card you can use that. All depends on you and your PayPal account.

you must have a paypal account and have bal.in it so you can pay them through..if you don't have account, *go to paypal site *click sign up or creat account *then fill the application and provide proof answers then instrucions comes follow after you complete the sign up..

Trace back your original transaction and file a dispute. Paypal will walk you through the process.

Lucky you did pay via PayPal, if you had sent a check or money order you would have no recourse, now you do.

If you used a credit card through the paypal system you can also dispute the charge with your credit card company.
