Go to start . then right click on my computer choose propertys a dialog box comes up choose hardware, choose device manager then look for the network adaptor and see if there is a yellow triagle there if there is then there is something wrong with your nic card or you may have to reconfigure your wireless network . if it is your card then you will have to uninstall and reinstall it
