Wireless On/Off button stopped working. After installing Clearwire on my laptop, my regular wireless and the Clearwire worked fine indepently. Usually I would just let the laptop hibernate, but when I finally did power off, the wireless on the laptop would not work, no light, no connection. Checked all of the network and wifi enabling issues and nothing seems to be wrong there. Any ideas? Thanks SArnold

It seems it Got freezing because its searching for a Wireless network and unable to find that, If possible can you try to switch Off wireless (Button on upper side) and check if its working fine.
For Wireless, You need to check the settings of your wireless router that it should be working fine. All settings should be OK.
No need to disable the touchpad they should both work at the same time. Have you tried both the mice on another PC?. The first mouse should have the correct software already installed but you will most probably need to install software for the microsoft mouse. I hope you have tried resetting by hitting the button on the receiver then while its flashing the button on bottom of the mouse? If all this fails do have any other USB devices you can test on laptop?......good luck
I get it. The multimedia keys above the keyboard is not working. If I'm right, check if you have installed the HP Quick Launch buttons software. If not check in C:/SwSetup and you'll find a folder. Install the application and check if the buttons are working. If not, post back
check it your bluetooth device connecter your loptop and go to the control panel --> add hardware wizard click next it will show the all hardware drivers in your loptop select your wireless mouse than click it.
it will work good.. and one power button is there please press the button it will show one blink ofter you will check it..
If could be that you were unable to reset the router properly. You have to make sure that the router is on while pressing and holding the reset button using a paper clip. the reset button is usually found at the back of the router, then you may have to reconfigure the settings again.
you can also manually access the router page for you to change the settings.
This happen regularly on the older Toughbooks. Find an XP or Win2000 modem driver for the 27 or 72 at Panasonic's support site or driverguide.com and it should work just fine. It will allow the machine (XP) to recognize the modem and install the drivers.
have a look at the book that came with the wireless router and see what is the ip address. it should be 198.162.1.254. type this into your home pc internet explorer address bar. you should get the router settings page. then go to the wireless setup page and you will find the wep key there
when you say the radio button does not light up, are you refering to the light on the front of the notebook?, if so you can turn the wireless on and off by the little slider switch next to the light.
