My goeorge foreman special anniversary limited edition,has quit working. it won't heat up at all. I bought it at kohls it is about four months old. kolhs says they can't do anything about it because they no longer sell it. can you do anything? LOUISE EADS

Swapping to LED on any vehicle that didn't have them as OEM equipment never works despite what sellers tell you. The LED Module create back EMF that confuses the ECM.

How do I get the hardware?

No, your sales contract is with Kohls. They supplied an item 'unfit for purpose', due to missing parts. Under the Sale of goods Act, it is their duty to exchange, refund or supply the parts need to be able to use it. Tell them what I have said above and that is the legal advice you have been given. Important parts in BOLD.

HomeVance is an unknown company that is just a trading name. They have no website. Probably made in China.

Here is Kohls Returns Policy. It states quite clearly you can return it. Take it back, buy from somewhere else and never shop with them again. Tell all your friends and do reviews on their Social Media sites.

This could've been an anniversary edition; a special run of limited editions?; or just about anything other than what was normal at time of production?

You can start here, maybe one of these is close enough to what you are looking for? As many of the parts are the exact same, with the same part number, even though used on a different model...

PARTS LIST FOR CRAFTSMANSNOWBLOWER MODEL NO.C950-52708-0

At times Sears manufactured "Anniversary" editions; Special editions; limited editions, etc and that is why at times finding the model number of a certain machine can be very difficult.
Many units that do the same thing (lawnmowers, snow blowers/throwers, etc) may have a different model number, but may use the exact same part & have an identical part number across many different units.
Maybe locate a very similar machine with a close enough Model number & you may have a very close relative to what you have with the same parts??

S&S 110's are a "special" edition. They were produced in limited quanities in celebration of S&S's 40th anniversary. I believe that head torque is a 3 step process ending at 45 ft pounds. Proper engine assembly techniques should be used in the construction of this motor. S&S also has offers technical support at (866) 244-2673.
