How do you synchronize a sansa mp3 player

When i try to play music it says synchrnize to continue your music subscription

    i have the same problem, and i've synched many times over the past several days, downloaded license agreements, refreshed, deleted, and started over and i'm still having the same problem, what do you suggest?

    I put my songs from napster on my sansa and then after about 10 minutes of listening i get the message: synchronise to continue music subscription.. HELP PLEASE X

Napster = fixed music subscription

Use non-drm protected songs and you will no longer have this problem

If your music has DRM it willonly allow you to sync once. they want you to repurchase the music. Try syncing music that is DRM free. If the new file work that is your problem.

Resync to Rhapsody or whatever music svc you have, make sure your music svc subscription is up to date

it's asking that you verify the DRM status (i.e., that you bought it and it resides on YOUR computer.) It cannot play the file until you synchronize it with windows media player. You can delete them off of the MP3 player just by noting which songs don't play and deleting them through windows explorer when the player is connected.

Synchronizing


The Sansa player always wants to sync with the first/original computer that you hooked the player to to make sure you still have a paid subscription to Rhapsody, Napster, etc (sometimes it works if you hook it to another computer with an open internet connection so that it can verify that the subscription is still good).

the best way to put music into the mp3 player is by using windows media player 10, click on sync and put all the songs you want in the sync list then click on start sync and it should sync properly without any problems.

You have to synchronize your Sansa to a computer that has a current subscription to Rhapsody, and you have to sync the Sansa to that same computer at least once every 30 days, or the Rhapsody songs will stop working. Use a different music service that is free, or convert all of the songs to Mp3 format to get around the problem. If you get a subscription to another music svc, then you must maintain a current subscription with whatever new svc you choose as well.

hmm... well someone probably placed a subscription time on the songs you purchased. the only thing i could think to do would be to try and reload them to your mp3 player
