This indicates a problem with the cyan ink detection sensor. It can be reset temporarily in test mode with code 1534, but that may well not fix the cause of the error in the cyan ink supply.

go to driver downloads at riso.com and download the riso admin tool. much easier than the web interface. test mode/print 95 if you need a config sheet with ip, for example if your subnet mask still isnt letting you see it.

T2 indicates an elevator motor failure. Take off the back cover and check the lower limit sensor for the paper tray to make sure its not full of dust. Reset can be done by holding the reset key down during power up. Test mode is entered by holding down LINE/PHOTO and the M/P buttons during power up. Test mode# 102 tests operation of the elevator motor.
