Fan runs, but compressor won't kick in. I had the start capacitor checked and it's supposedly fine. Checked everything through continuity checks and can't find any problem. Resistance on compressor terminals seems very low. Does anyone have the resistance values for the triangle of terminals with everything disconnected from the compressor.
