Hi, this problem is cause by a corrupted software like you operating system or a program that you have installed recently, you can repair this by restarting your computer and simultaneously pressing F8 on your keyboard, where doing this to enter a selective boot process, when the menu appears choose the SAFE MODE selection by pressing arrow up/down and then enter, don't mind if you see some text it's just normal. Then when you have reach on the desktop you just have to uninstall the program you have installed recently that might cause this looping problem and then restart and cross you finger that it has solve the problem, if not, just repeat the process and navigate to programs, accessories, system tools and select system restore and restore your computer to earlier time "don't worry you file won't get lost" it will restart by itself and hope it will fix the problem. If not.. Format your computer for the last solution. Hope this help thanks
If your computer is stuck in a loop whereWindows fails, attempts to restart, and then fails again repeatedly, restart your computer in safe mode and select the Disable automatic restart on system failure checkbox. If no other options have solved the problem, and you are sure that your computer's hardware is functioning normally, you might need to reinstall Windows. A custom (clean) installation of Windows will permanently delete all of the files on your computer and reinstall Windows, so only use this option if all other recovery options have been unsuccessful. After the installation, you will need to reinstall your programs and restore your files from backup copies.
generating installation keys is an illegal act. just by downloading and running the program, your internet service provider can detect that program in the security updates process. i strongly suggest you purchase the key you need to avoid possible prosecution.
Here's some things you can do: Run your disk check and defrag. Run MSCONFIG and uncheck programs that you really don't need at startup. Run a good malware checking program. Use a good registry cleaning and optimizing program. I use Registry Mechanic by PC Tools

Start the computer in safe mode by pressing f8 as the first screen appears and selecting safe mode.
it will start slower than normal , and when it does , uninstall , not delete the program in question. if you just delete the directory, it will leave junk installed you dont want. Sooo unistall it from it's own uninstall program or from the "add & remove programs" section in the controll panel.
I am a relatively savvy user.. wish I would have researched user opinions before buying this package from my warehouse membership store or from anyone for that matter! Replacing EMC9, installation was difficult to complete as the wizard did not successfully uninstall certain modules (update manager) of the previous program. After installation finished, program suite would not launch from desktop icon or individual program listings. solution provided was a tedious, time-comsuming complete "clean install procedure" not for the faint of heart. It did seem to work allowing me to launch the program - once. I use Norton Systemworks and always run One Button Checkup (OBC) to keep the PC humming. OBC corrected registry "problems" and once again, EMC10 will not work! Online chat reveals that I will need to reinstall EMC10 every time after using OBC!! "OBC removes a registry key that EMC10 needs to function - we are working on a patch" If I could, I would return for a refund, as it is, I will refrain from using until they make it work correctly.
