Question about Olympus Camedia C-2500L Digital Camera

1 Answer

Remote Flash

I have a C2500 and an FL-40 flash and other flashes. How can I trigger an off camera flash to create a main and a fill light for portraits? Is there a cord that will do this? or a romote switch? Is there anything tspecial to sync a digital camera with a standard flash while doing this? Is there a method of balancing the lights to get an adjustable ratio of light?

Re: Remote Flash

I can't answer all your questions but there is such a thing as a slave flash. Although these may connect to other flashes with a cable, more often than not they have a light sensor that picks up the first flash and within a few microseconds will initiate their own flash.
